Returns & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Exchange are accepted with these terms and conditions:
- Request for exchange can and must be done at our RETURNS PORTAL or via this link https://www.barliasmara.id/a/return
- Your request must be done within 3 days from the day you receive the package. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.
- The items you requested to return must have not been worn, washed, and still in their original conditions and packaging.
- We will review your request on the return portal. If approved, an e-mail will be sent to you on how you have to send the items to return. Do note that all the shipping fee for returns must be covered by you.
- Exchange request won't guarantee that you will get the desired product until the item has arrived at our warehouse. When arrived, if the desired size of the purchased item is still available, we'd gladly exchange the item. If not, exchanges must be made for other item. In case of the other item's value is more than the purchased item, then the you must pay the price difference. In case of other item's value is less than the purchased item, we will return the price differences with voucher with the value of price difference. In case of other items you desired to exchange are not available, we will give you gift voucher with the value of the item you purchased.
- No cash value can be refunded.
- If you desire to exchange the exchanged item, it won't be allowed.
Returns for defective items:
In the case you receive defective items, we'd gladly do an exchange or refund with returns costs covered (normal mail with the maximum of the shipping fee you paid when you place the order)with these terms and conditions:

- Your request must be done within 3 days from the day you receive the package. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.
- The items you requested to return must have not been worn, washed, and still in their original conditions and packaging.
- We will review your request on the return portal. If approved, an e-mail will be sent to you on how you have to send the items to return. Do note that all the shipping fee for returns will be covered by us with the same delivery method for the delivery and service you chose when you place your order for the defective item.
- If you wish to exchange the item and exact same item is out of stock or unavailable, then an exchange for another item of equal or less value or refund will be allowed. We will send the exchange
- Refunds with cash value can only be done after we have received the returned item at our warehouse via bank transfer.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
Do note that return and exchange are not allowed for:
- Preorder items, exchange or refund is not allowed, because we produced based on the selected item by the customer.
- Items that are on sale or promotions.
- International shipping. For international shipping, returns and exchanges are strictly not permittable. We will make sure that the item(s) we ship to you undergo several more steps of quality control before we ship them.

Note:
(1) We reserve the rights to accept exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. (2) Barli Asmara is not responsible for any lost of postage(s) during the returning of the goods. (3) All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions) and in their original packagings. (4) Exchanges must be made for items of equal or lessor value. (5) Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of BARLI ASMARA.
